THE ROLE: Executive, Program Management

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Daily Answering of Emails and Phone Calls

2. Providing Support, Advice and Counselling to Students

3. Graduation Management

• Payment check via Finance before release of parchments and transcripts
• Storing, tracking and handing over of transcript/parchment/certificate
• Counter-check status in KSS

4. Mid-term Test Deferment

• Scheduling of Deferred Tests
• Student/ UC liaison on Deferred Tests

5. Exam Script Viewing

• Collating the requests and sending to Exams Office
• Contacts students to view
• Includes tests and exams and supp exams as requested by students

6. Transfer contracts explanation

7. Conducting of Welcome Orientations, LinkedIn Workshop, and Graduation Ceremonies

8. Conducting of class visits (where applicable)

9. Managing of ad-hoc projects or audit events.

10. Managing of miscellaneous administrative matters (such as low attendance interventions, attendance checks, tracking of students, performing course evaluations, etc, as necessary)

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess at least a Diploma in any field
• Candidates with at least 1 year of customer service and 2 years of administrative work experience will be strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a must

• Act as one of the focal members of the Consumer Intelligence and Consulting Group – primarily Research Operations
• Provide support and assistance with the management of research projects across industries
• Serve as the quality checking (QC) champion to ensure adherence with GfK and global research standards

Key responsibilities
• Manage assigned research projects in a timely manner with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

- Sales reporting and reviewing performance

- Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization both

- Working towards achieving the sales target

- Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs

- Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels

Key Performance Indicators

- Plan and implement sales and marketing initiatives to promote courses under the assigned programme groups.

- Marketing outreach efforts to potential new clients by relationship building through various outreach efforts

- Look out for new clients to successfully fill up the classes scheduled for the assigned programme groups

- Received course enquiries are attended and responded within 1 working day (24 hours)

- Achieve a monthly revenue target of at least $300,000 under the assigned programme group.

- Minimum of 5 new corporate clients are inducted per month

Requirements

● Educational level of at least Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular MS Word and MS Excel will be essential

● Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably Executives specializing in les and Marketing, preferably in the Education sector

● Good team player and able to interact well with others

● Good command in English (Oral & Written) in order to liaise with attendees

● Sales-driven, Good with numbers
