Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Analytics & Projects Specialist is responsible for reporting and workforce analytics and take on projects within the APAC HR. Responsibilities
Analytics

• Proactively address the recurring trends or patterns to enhance business decision making capabilities
• Produce weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports that will be utilised by the senior management team including the PowerBI HR Dashboard
