Required Candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or project management
• Great communication skills, Fluent English required (written and speaking) to communicate with global clients
• Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer
• Highly motivated & Independent Individual with an eye for detail & analytical skills
• Prior experience in communicating with senior managers

• Provide timely day to day responses to Sales’ quotation requests and pricing analysis with objectives of meeting KPIs such as win rate, total contract value and turnaround time.
• Ensure proposed pricing is in line with overall win price and target margin.

1. To conduct solution review and provide guidance to Solution Manager and Sales on the most cost effective solution.
2. Coordinating, presenting findings and making recommendations to gain executive management approval for customer submissions.

• Work closely with partners and Global Alliance to achieve a better cost structure and derive competitive end-to-end pricing.

1. To conduct pricing benchmark in accordance to various solution types.
2. To provide competitiveness feedback to GA / Product on various partners / countries.
3. To negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders so as to improve our margin and still remain price competitive.

• Provide feedback on market prices to team lead.

1. To analyze business case and conduct scenario simulation.

• Serve as a SPOC for at least 6 key accounts.
• Support at least 5 DIY bids and 4 complex cases that involves multi tower products like Managed Services, Connectivity etc
• Adhere to financial / regulatory governance and various empowerment frameworks.
• Utilizing various internal tools and financial systems to prepare reports and conducting analysis.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Finance or Engineering
• 3 years working experience in Bid, Pricing Management, or ICT industry.
• Advanced Excel skillset

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with IC design & product development teams to develop a deep understanding of new products’ characteristics and features.
• Architect, design, and implement new sensing features and algorithms that align with products, solutions, or customer requirements. Additionally, develop use models and application demonstrations for sales and marketing promotion.
• Create application notes, white papers, and technical documents to provide information and support to customers.
• Develop evaluation kits and demonstration kits for new sensing products, and conduct testing to evaluate results. Create and maintain documentation.
• Conduct application training for internal teams on new products.
• Provide feedback to the design & development teams by communicating customer needs, issues, and opportunities that can be used in new product development and design.
• Collaborate with IC design and product development teams to plan and conduct system-level evaluations in support of new product development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, or related engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in R&D/Application/Embedded System/Product Development environment.
• Proficiency in common programming languages (C, C#, Python, etc.) and development platforms (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, Wireless-SoC, etc.).
• Experience with tools such as IDEs, in-circuit emulators, and oscilloscopes.
• Strong technical knowledge of optoelectronics devices and sensor applications and experience in optical-related test and characterization, is desirable.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with customer support and training.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
