• Responsible for the Technology Risk Management function for ACSM in managing technology risk and enhancing technology resilience.

The difference you will make as a Night Concierge and Security Assistant

You will act as an initial point of reference on the phone, or in a reception area as required and use company intranet (RIC), e-mail and other basic correspondence where appropriate and necessary. Implement night security systems, ensuring overall safety and security of the scheme and respond to faults as discovered.

You will also monitor access to schemes and visitors and meet the requirements of health and safety policies and practices, reporting incidents and anti-social behaviour.

You will act as a decision maker in the decision-making groups for triage decisions in fitness to practise process, and deal with case related correspondence from across the judicial system. This role will focus particularly on business support, for example advising on areas such as commercial contracts, data protection and employment and equality laws.

The perfect candidate will be a Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. You will have knowledge and experience of at least one area of law of data protection, commercial contracts or employment law (preferably in public sector or regulatory context). Key Responsibilities

Person Specification
