The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Marketing Director to lead our efforts in establishing and expanding our sales and marketing channels between China and the ASEAN countries. This role is crucial for our strategic growth and requires a professional who is deeply knowledgeable about both markets. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to the China-ASEAN corridor, focusing on food-related and nursing equipment products.
Channel Building: Identify, develop, and manage sales and marketing channels, including distributors, agents, and partnerships, to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, challenges, and opportunities within the China and ASEAN markets, adapting strategies as necessary.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers, to ensure alignment and drive mutual success.
Brand Advocacy: Champion our brand, ensuring our value proposition is clearly communicated and understood in target markets, enhancing our brand presence and reputation.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: A good level of experience in sales and marketing, with a significant focus on international trade, preferably between China and ASEAN countries.
Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the food and nursing equipment industries, as well as the cultural, economic, and regulatory landscapes of China and ASEAN markets.
Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of successfully launching products and building markets in new territories.
Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and leading teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in an ASEAN language is a plus.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions and business needs, with a problem-solving mindset.
