Supply Chain Risk Specialist
Key Role:
Develops, implements, and manages solutions via analyzing supply chain risks. Applies advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with collaborating and communicating across external stakeholders as well as working effectively with teams within an organization
Knowledge of researching threats and risk analysis including signal detection and monitoring
Knowledge of tools and datasets to monitor events and index risks
Knowledge of project management
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methods
Ability to develop data and leverage metrics and analytics to generate insights for supply chain analysis via web-based tools and excel
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience working in supply chain and risk management or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience working in supply chain and risk management
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working with commodity and procurement teams to identify materials and sourcing risks
Experience with complex and agile supply chain environments in healthcare, including with FDA or EMA regulations and cGMP
Experience in operationalizing and managing management platforms such as Exiger, Resilinc, Avetta, or related platforms
Knowledge of value chain mapping and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), ISM Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Procurement and Supply Operations Certificate, APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), APICS Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR-P) Endorsement, or Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
