This is an established public listed company, a conglomerate engaged in a wide spectrum of business activities in Malaysia. Currently they are seeking a matured male professional candidate to assume the role of executive personal support to their Director within the organization. The position is permanent and will be based at their corporate head office at Mid Valley City in Kuala Lumpur.
Key Job Responsibilities
This role will support a senior Director who hold a number of different portfolio within the organization. As Executive Assistant, you will be exposed to a diverse group of businesses and so you will need to be business savvy and highly adaptable. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high level administrative support to the Director. You will be kept busy with everything from booking dinner reservations, organizing high profile corporate events, diary management and extensive travel and even business presentations. The position is based at Mid Valley City and the role requires some traveling (with overnight stay when required).
Role activities:
•Provide high level executive support, exercising discretion, initiative to support the Director.
•Manage and administer Director's email and other mails and schedules.
•Attending meetings and business discussions with the Director.
•Liaison with relevant parties related to the Group's business activities.
•Drafting, preparation and review of reports, documents related to the business.
•Manage complex travel schedules
Job Requirements/Candidate profile
•Malaysian Male age 30-45; dynamic personality with bright, lively and personable disposition.
•Possess minimum a Diploma qualification; Bachelor degree in Business or its equivalent will be well received.
•3-5 years administrative experience in an environment that has provided you with strong commercial awareness.
•Experience and abilities in general administrative practices and ability to provide effective executive level support.
•Highly developed interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication skills.
•Good command of English is a prerequisite for this role; display a high level of written and spoken communication skills is required; proficient in BM and in Mandarin.
•Previous experience in public listed environment will be highly regarded.
•Excellent skills in MS Office and internet applications.
