Facility Management (Cleaning Division)
Position: Operation Executive
The Operations Executive in the Cleaning Division is responsible for overseeing cleaning projects, managing cleaning professionals, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role includes quality control through regular site inspections, efficient scheduling, and inventory management. The Operations Executive also serves as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addresses any service-related issues, and ensures that all operations comply with legal and company standards. The goal is to optimize operational efficiency and quality of service.
Work scope:
Project Management:
Oversee and coordinate cleaning projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
On-Site Availability:
Must be willing and able to work on-site as needed to meet operational requirements.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct routine site inspections to maintain cleaning service quality, aligning with both organizational and industry standards.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as a key point of contact for clients. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide periodic service updates.
Workforce Management:
Responsible for the recruitment, assignment, training, and follow-up of cleaning professionals attached to specific projects. Ensures that all team members are properly trained and adhere to safety and hygiene protocols.
Project Scheduling:
Create and manage employee work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing for all projects.
Inventory Management:
Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinate and assist with delivery. Place orders as needed and manage vendor relationships.
Reporting & Analysis:
Responsible for compiling and analysing various operational reports, including staff productivity and service quality metrics. Provides weekly updates or updates upon request, offering insights into how the organization can optimize and enhance its operational capabilities.
Requirement
- Must be willing to work a 5.5-day week
- Open to frequent travel across various sites within Singapore
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment
- Exceptionally responsive and approachable, with excellent communication skills
- People management skills
- Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision.
