Job Requirements –

- Handle incoming service requests from merchant and business partners via emails, hotline and Whatsapp etc.

- Follow through all requests with relevant departments to ensure proper closure of the service requests

- Responsible for the timely preparation and dispatch of daily /weekly reports to bank partners

Qualifications:
