Job Responsibilites:

Demand Planner

· Submit and manage forecast to principals based on purchase budget/business plan.

· Plan and prepare for forecast or orders for new lines or brands.

· Work closely with marketing and sales to prepare for the forecasting and POSM requirement for new launches.

· Manage inventory and use the information for analysis prior to placing new orders.

· Issue Purchase orders and manage purchases to align with the purchase budget/forecast.

· Ensure PO details (reference, quantity and price) are accurate against Proforma Invoices or Commercial invoices. Follow up on balances and back orders.

· Provide the New Code Information (with relevant documents) to be created into system.

· Create the Blanket Purchase orders into company system.

· Liaising with shipping and finance for shipment and payment of orders.

· Consolidate and update All Suppliers Purchase by Brands by value into one file.

· Upkeep and compare pricing information whenever provided from principals.

· Prepare monthly wholesale and/or retails reports for principals.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Possess a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.

· At least 2 years of experience in relevant role.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Strong interpersonal skill, communication, presentation, dynamic well planning and result oriented.

· Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, accountability, organization, and attention to details.

· Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.

• Daily operation such as housekeeping, cashier, beverage preparation, customer service and etc.
• Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations to deliver a high level of service for our guests consistently
• Carry out regular checks of all areas of the club to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times and the functionality of all facilities.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to standards.
• Provide drink recommendations to guests.Handle administration duties include stock ordering, staff roster, billing, daily report and duty assignment
• Undertake a busy and fast-paced role with varied duties
• Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibility as assigned by the Management

• Five Days work week

• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm

Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be a part of our Logistic team responsible for diligently to undertake Delivery and Operation activities.

Employment Scope:

• Drive and/or assist delivery.
• Collect invoices assigned.
• Check and ensure that the items and quantity match with Packing List/Delivery Order.
• Ensure that customers sign with company stamp on the invoice as acknowledgement of receipt upon delivery of goods.
• Ensure customers do stock checks before leaving the premise.
• Strictly adhere to regulations and safety standards.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Loading and unloading of goods including equipment and machineries.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by managers or supervisors.
• Team player.

Job Specification:

• Relevant experience is advantageous.
• Singapore Class 4 license added advantageous.
• Familiar with Singapore road.
• 1 Year of working experience
• Able to communicate simple English
• Able to carry equipment and cargo.
• Physically fit.

Education level:

• Primary / Secondary School / O level.

Year of working experience: 1 Year
