About the role
Reporting to the Associate DVC (International) and collaborating with academic leaders across the College, the Director (STEM Transnational) will play a pivotal role in furthering the STEM College’s vision to be a leading and highly competitive provider of exceptional education, research and industry engagement across Asia and Europe.
Operating as a key leader within the STEM International Office, the successful candidate for the newly created position will work together with academic leaders, research partners and key stakeholders across Asia and Europe to identify and develop new transnational education, research and industry engagement opportunities as well as playing a critical role in maintaining and enhancing quality learning experiences for our international students in Australia and overseas.
The role offers the opportunity to influence across a broad group of stakeholders, to shape new educational and research opportunities and partnerships and to provide leadership to the College as the transnational strategy develops.

We’re looking for Chief Engineer – Workflow Technology, who’ll be responsible for providing technology thought leadership to senior leaders for a distinct business area (in CBA we call this a Crew) undergoing an Agile transformation.

Job Description
A unique opportunity has arisen for an Operational Excellence Expert with a background in Drug Substance, Drug Product and/or Pharmaceutical packaging process improvement to join our highly talented Global Operational Excellence team. This director-level position can be based at any of our locations worldwide.
In this individual contributor position, you will apply advanced approaches to develop a continuous improvement culture and problem-solving environment to steer the organization as an Operational Excellence Professional. Ensure the organization, at all levels, impact the status quo to achieve business needs by using and deploying the MPS Management System (MPS is our internal operational excellence system) appropriately in all the organization’s areas of business including at site level, above site and in external manufacturing settings.
Under the direction of the Regional Site Support Director, the MPS Technical Director will work with management teams at sites manufacturing Drug Substance, Drug Product and Packaging. Approximately 50% of the time will be spent on the floor providing direct, hands-on support of activities, while 25% will be spent coaching executives and managers within the Line of Business (LoB), 25% Book of Knowledge.
Due to the nature of the work and diversity of sites, expected travel is up to 50%.

Summary, Focus and Purpose
Our Company Production System (MPS) is equivalent to Lean/Toyota based Production System. The Technical Lead Director | Company Production System (MPS) requires an industry leading, advanced approach to develop a continuous improvement and problem solving environment to lead the organization as an MPS Professional. Job Description
The Biologics Technical product leader role is responsible for technical leadership and oversight for all biologics molecules end to end. This includes both pipeline and in line products. For pipeline, this includes development and implementation of pipeline commercialization strategy to ensure on-time launch with the best science and most robust processes working closely with DCRC. For inline, this includes development and implementation of technology roadmaps that proactively ensure reliable supply in alignment with the franchise objectives as developed by the value chain team for each product.
This role ensures ownership for the products’ technical processes and associated technical challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Managing the portfolio of technical projects associated with the Biologics products. Using standard tools and processes to enable prioritization, resource allocation and ensure project outcome realization.
Working collaboratively with the GBO OpU and associated VCMT’s to align on prioritization and strategies for the delivery of the business needs, in particular for the in line products. Ensuring that the team works with urgency to support the E2E supply chain when issues arise to ensure minimal risk to supply or compliance.
Developing tools and processes to ensure we are holistically looking at our products and their performance, using data to inform us of stability concerns or potential risks to our compliance posture or continuity of supply
Provide deep technical oversight of projects within the technical portfolio of products in partnership with the broader LMS&T organization. Direct the necessary technical reviews, and ensure robust solutions and approaches are developed by teams supporting in line and pipeline products. Expectation is that this leader will provide a structured approach to technical leadership that enables clear prioritization of the work aligned with the business needs, working with key stakeholders and decision makers.
Coaching and developing the technical leaders so they are able to support organization and all the complexity that exists today. Ensuring team are continuing to develop their knowledge and skills, It is required that this leader will create an environment through expectations, culture and processes which nurtures and demands both technical excellence and executional excellence. Ensuring reliable launch and sustained supply are achieved and there is both technical knowledge continuity and technical project continuity as the product passes from pipeline to inline.

Education Minimum Requirement:
B.S. /M.S. /Ph.D. in one of the relevant Engineering or Science fields
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 10-15 years experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and/or development, preferably a majority spent in science and technical role.
Demonstrated technical excellence an in depth understanding of biologics molecules, manufacturing processes and commercialization principles
Experience of biologics development and new product introduction.

Job Description
The Vaccine Technical Product Leader role is responsible for technical leadership and oversight for all vaccine molecules end to end including both pipeline and in line products. For pipeline, this includes development and implementation of pipeline commercialization strategy to ensure on-time launch with the best science and most robust processes working closely with Development and Commercialization Review Committee (DCRC). For in-line, this includes development and implementation of technology roadmaps that proactively ensure reliable supply in alignment with the franchise objectives as developed by the value chain team for each product. This role ensures ownership for the products’ technical processes and associated technical challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Managing the portfolio of technical projects associated with the Vaccines. Using standard tools and processes to enable prioritization, resource allocation and ensure project outcome realization.
Working collaboratively with the GVO OpU and associated Value Chain Management Team (VCMT) to align on prioritization and strategies for the delivery of the business needs, in particular for the in-line products. Ensuring that the team works with urgency to support the E2E supply chain when issues arise to ensure minimal risk to supply or compliance.
Developing tools and processes to ensure we are holistically looking at our products and their performance, using data to inform us of stability or potential risks to our compliance posture or continuity of supply.
Provide deep technical oversight of vaccine projects within the technical portfolio of products in partnership with the broader Large Molecule Science & Technology (LMS&T) organization.
Direct the necessary technical reviews, and ensure robust solutions and approaches are developed by teams supporting in-line and pipeline products.
Expectation is that this leader will provide a structured approach to technical leadership that enables clear prioritization of the work aligned with the business needs, working with key stakeholders and decision makers.
Coaching and developing the technical leaders so they are able to support organization and all the complexity that exists today. Ensuring teams are continuing developing their knowledge and skills.
Required to comply with our company's global and regulatory requirements and execute current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day to day activities and all applicable job functions.
Work collaboratively to drive a safe and compliant culture in GSEC and within the teams that they interact with.

Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in one of the relevant Engineering or Science fields.
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 15 years experience in biopharmaceutical/ vaccine manufacturing, preferably the majority spent in science and technical role.
Demonstrated technical excellence and in depth understanding of vaccines, manufacturing processes and commercialization principles
Strong cross divisional networking skills and capabilities
Experience in Technical product stewardship an advantage
Demonstrated functional and enterprise leadership, ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Strong collaborative and talent-building skills and the ability to work strategically and in a detail-oriented framework with all levels of management.
Must have strong understanding of product management systems and tools, strong business and financial skills, ability to manage multiple programs and create a high-performance work environment.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Support Director to be a part of our newest start up Distribution Center (DC) located in Kansas City, MO.
This senior level management position is ultimately responsible for the success and execution of the Retail Support Center’s strategic initiatives by coordinating support to the retailers in the region with regard to warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory control, customer service, and transportation activities. The Retail Support Director provides onsite direction to the distribution and logistics activities of the Retail Support Center.
