Your new role

If the words 'stocks, shares, bonds, warrants, derivatives, self managed funds, securities and investment packs' spark excitement in you then this role is for you! Due to continued growth this small team is looking for someone with a passion for all things trade. To sum up your daily contribution this role will see you provide stellar customer service for this leading financial institution. As an Associate you will manage the end to end delivery of Trade Solutions. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent service to clients on their trade finance needs, including imports, exports and trade advances
Transaction processing and facility implementation of traditional and structured trade finance products
Assist with client account management and support sales channels
Collaboration with product management, operations and sales teams to ensure growth
Comply with bank policies, controls and frameworks

Your skills and experience

Having recently completed a finance degree will make you stand out
You have a general awareness of trends and developments in the trade finance industry
You're open minded, have a can do attitude and are eager to learn
You enjoy taking on a challenge and pride yourself on your superb customer service

Responsibilities include:
*Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
*Working in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to work well under pressure.
*Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards.
*Working across all sections of the kitchen including pans and fryers
*Ensuring consistency and portion control is adhered to.
*General kitchen cleaning duties as required.

Essential skills required:
*Certificate III is Commercial Cookery (highly regarded but not essential)
*Experience in commercial cookery
*Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen
*Experience in food preparation and plating up.

Chef Required at Dart and Marlin at VIC, 3280

Dart and Marlin is a lively restaurant in Warrnambool's historic area. We are looking for a enthusiastic chef to join our team. At The Dart and Marlin, we offer laid-back yet high-quality dining experiences.

Our kitchen team, although small, is dedicated, focused, and hardworking. We prioritize creating a cohesive work environment that encourages collaboration between the back and front of the house.

Who we are looking for:
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen management.
• Ability to work unsupervised and in a team.
• Understanding of OH&S and food hygiene requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine and dishes.

Duties they will perform:
• Work with our head chef to plan menu and estimate food and labour supplies.
• Estimate food and labour costs and manage inventory to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Prepare complex menu items with specific detailing to plating and presentation.
• Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
• Train and supervise new/ less experienced staff.
• Work with manager to plan staff rosters.
• Oversee food stock and supplies and place orders once approved by head chef.
• Discuss food preparation issues with managers, dietitians and kitchen and wait staff.
• Understand guest requirements and deliver dishes as per dietary requirements.
• Adhere to and enforce hygiene regulations.

Compensation and benefits:
• Salary of $73,150 per year
• Superannuation
• Annual Leave
