About the Role
This Fixed Term role will assist the Head of Business IT implement the new Operating Model for the department.
Using your PMO and BA skillset you will assist the Head of Business IT to get the department up and running and embed new ways of working.
Objectives:
- Define a suite of Job Descriptions, delivering a competency framework for career mapping, using the SFIA competencies as a base. ~20-25 JD’s.
- Create a Quality Management System and define the processes used for Project Delivery
- Create templates for Project Delivery Artefacts within the defined processes
- Work with Group PMO to define journeys and reporting requirements within Project for the Web
- Work with Project Managers to standardise use of PftW and promote the new QMS
About You
Candidates will have worked with and defined elements of a full project delivery process, be experienced with Prince 2 structured delivery methods and process writing in Visio.
You will be a self-starter and enjoy working with others. Your collaborative approach will bring people with you on the change journey.
You will be a great communicator and have the assignment objectives at the forefront of your mind.
You will be driven and used to overcoming blockers to achieve results, whilst championing the Morgan Sindall values.
