Job Summary
-Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
-Attending site meetings/site viewing to monitor progress
-Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of different contracts
-Ensuring that all the contracts are accurate, correct and updated on time. All parties need to adhere to the policies and regulations made in the contract
-Provide guidance, advice and support to project teams on contract matters
-Submit monthly progresss claim follow up subcontractors’ monthy progressive payment.
- Prepare and call the quotations
-Monitor contract performance
-Prepare and monitor project cost budget and cash-flow for projects
-overseeing and managing the ordering of materials
-Supervising staff and workers and working collaboratively with them when required.
Education
-Degree in building / Quantity surveying/ Civil engineer/ Structural engineer any related field
Experience/ Ability/ Skills
-Several years of professional work experience
-An understanding of the construction industry and legal documentation.
-Strong communicate and interpersonal skills because is required to work a wide range of different people.
-Good technical knowledge in current construction technologies.
-Excellent problem-solving skills, he will be required to deal with complex and detailed projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
-Time management skill with exceptional attention
-Strong leadership skills
