Responsibilities:
v Support users with IT queries, problems, and training as required
v Installation and configuration of PCs and day-to-day troubleshooting and support
v Manage IT hardware and documentation as appropriate
v Maintain and update the software library and hardware inventory system
v Process procurement activities for Purchasing Requisitions approved by users (Barge).
v Obtaining min. 3 quotations and recommend a vendor to award orders
v Negotiate with vendors for better pricing.
v Place order and ensure delivery to locations and date of supply.
v May need to arrange of COD, Advance or Partial payment with Accounts and follow up for delivery and complete documentation.
v Required to assist in doing Project bidding (pre-bit quotes). or Project purchases when assigned.
v Undertake any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
v Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
v Minimum 2 – 3 years of related working experience
v Knowledge in Supply Chain Management
v Knowledge in standard business applications
v Knowledge in network systems, methodologies, techniques and technology
v Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker
v Hardworking with positive attitude
v Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
v Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment.
v Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access)
v Able to work independently
