Job Description & Requirements

• Perform the full spectrum of accounting functions including day-to-day accounting, payments, receipts
• Reviews and analyses financial performances.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
• Min 8 years of relevant experience in finance, reporting or payroll functions
• Working experience in public sector and charities would be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills
• Good working knowledge of accounting software (Xero, Oracle) and MS Office applications
• Familiar with Code of Governance for Charities and IPC would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• To assist in ensuring that the business operates in compliance with relevant legislations/regulations, by giving advice on compliance implications of business decisions, both for on-going issues and in project decisions.

• Keep abreast of developments in the local regulatory and HO requirements and monitor the bank’s compliance with these requirements.

• Review AML/CFT monitoring reports as well as provide advice and interpretation on specific AML/KYC compliance policies, procedures and topics.

We are looking to recruit dynamic individuals with minor illness and minor injury skills (or equivalent experience) who will complement our amazing team.



Main duties will be to deliver a 24-hour, 7-day week service to the Skegness community. The minor injury service will include seeing, treating, and management of simple fractures and wound closure.

Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a provider of both acute hospital and community services. It serves the local population of Swindon, Wiltshire and parts of Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and West Berkshire. The Great Western Hospital itself is a large modern hospital, which opened in December 2002 with excellent transport links

The Radiology department is well-equipped, having two 128 slice Siemens CT scanners, two 1.5T Siemens MRI scanners, digital screening rooms and updated US machines. Works are currently underway to install a new Cardiac CT scanner and a SPECT CT. We also employ regular on-site CT and MRI vans/static scanners for additional workload.

The post holder will help manage the work of staff in the department and develop a culture in which members of staff are continuously improving the delivery of high-quality services.

Ensuring MRI service is maintained with training of staff to perform in accordance with Trusts policy including comprehensive competency assessments and patient flow is maximised and the resource is used efficiently and effectively.

Management of MR protocols is a key aspect of the role, and the post holder will need to work closely with each sub-specialty consultant radiologist and the modality superintendent to plan and implement any protocol changes or developments required as new imaging techniques are introduced into the department.



To work closely with the MRI Superintendent Radiographer leading the radiographers and radiology support worker in day-to-day running of the MRI service, managing the In-patient bookings and waiting list.

In conjunction with Superintendent Radiographer, co-ordinate future developments of services, initiating and managing agreed changes by the service manager.

To organize and coordinate workload in MRI on a daily basis, maximizing efficiency using available resources and managing patient priority as appropriate.


Ensure all staff use equipment appropriately, that it is maintained and tested with corrective action instigated in a safe and timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. General Management

• Department managing such as work review, plan

• IT budget managing

• Liaise with IT departments of Head office

• Create/Update/Renew IT policy and procedure

• Organize ITCO meeting

• Report IT department work in Management meeting monthly

• Manage IT incident and incident response plan

2. Contingency Management

• Carry out business recovery planning

• Evaluate and recommend disaster recovery facilities and sites

• Update, test and maintain the Business Continuity/ Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)

• Coordinate and execute the DRP in the event of disaster

• Liaise with IT department of H.O. for VPN testing

3. Systems and Application Management

• Oversee hardware installations and systems environment

• Investigate and report problems related to business appHcations system

• Define systems Policy and procedures

• Management 531 core banking system include user, parameter management

• Management other application system

4. Database Management

• Develop and implement in-house database utilities (e.g., develop report programs using database for user) and administration tools

• Provide answers to queries for using database and database software

• Liaise with Head Office OBA for database problem

5. Security Management

• Formulate security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines

• Oversee security infrastructure

• Monitor virus and other attack to internal network

• IT security awareness training for all staff

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in technology related discipline

• Minimum 15 years working experience in the banking and financial services

• Experience with system administration such as IBM pSeries AIX System Administration, IBM DB2 9 Fundamentals etc.

• Knowledge and experience in using Network Management System, i.e. Nagios etc. would be a plus

• Knowledge and experience in Virtualization Infrastructure, i.e. VMware VCP Data Center Virtualization 2023 etc. would be plus

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred

• Language proficiency in English and Chinese as the candidate will be working closely with Chinese colleagues in Head Office, read and write Chinese reports
