The Regional Small Works Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing small-scale construction and renovation projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets by variable project delivery teams. Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Project Management:

A trade mark can be any letter, word, name, shape, colour, aspect of packaging or a combination of these elements. Even sounds or smells may qualify as trademarks. Trade marks play a very important role in the marketing and branding of businesses. Just think about the stylized "bird" that is on the tailfin of every SIA plane, or the quatrefoil logo of DBS.

We are currently looking to recruit associate trade mark examiners. As an examiner, you will work with other colleagues in the Registry of Trade Marks to review trade mark applications to ensure that they meet the legal requirements for registration. You may also be involved in the formulation and implementation of national policies relating to the registration of trade marks, contributing to Singapore’s status as a global hub for intellectual assets and intellectual property.

Key Job Responsibilities

Examining a trade mark application requires a combination of sound thinking, good analytical skills and some understanding of, or interest in, how businesses brand, market and identify themselves.

You will:
1. Decide if a potential trade mark distinctly identifies the trade origin of the relevant goods/services applied for;
2. Conduct a search for conflicting trade marks that are already pre-existing on the national trade mark register; and
3. Review the description of goods/services on which the trade mark will be used, against international standards of classifying such goods/services.

Trade mark examiners are expected to communicate with applicants or their legal representatives on the outcome of the examination. It includes the raising objections to the application, and considering the responses from applicants to these objections, where the need arises. Trade mark examiners also have to provide assistance to members of the public who have queries on trade mark related matters.

Apart from the examination of trade mark applications, a trade mark examiner will also be asked to take on administrative roles and responsibilities which are necessary for the proper functioning of the Registry of Trade Marks and to meet the larger organisational goals of IPOS.

Lastly, as you develop in seniority and deepen your expertise as a trade mark examiner, your professional role will expand to include supervision, mentoring and coaching responsibilities.

We are looking for a Regional Programme Manager

You will be part of a growing team providing programme management / PMO services within the JLL APAC Regional PMO Group. Project / Program Operations

Roles and Responsibilities

Act in the capacity of a Programme Manager to be the single point of contact and manage a Program Management Office (PMO) for projects in Singapore.

The role of the Program Manager includes:

• Act as the single point of contact to manage and co-ordinate various work streams involved in delivering the consolidation program of work. This includes third party project delivery teams, change management consultants, the Client’s internal business functions, Facility Managers and others.
• Develop annual Capital plan with Client’s CRE lead, including definition of project scope, scale and budget for incorporation into Client’s Capital Planning tools, and proactively manages same throughout the capital planning cycle.
• Develop and sustain relationships with Stakeholders and Workstream Leads within the Client organization, reviewing and advising on budget and schedule matters related to the programme.
• Where JLL are the Project Manager, identify, develop, and gather key resources to lead the individual projects. Guide Project Managers and ensure they deliver projects to specification, on time and in budget with the required standards for construction and data quality. Ensure that the Project Manager’s report accurately on the status of the project and project finances
• Manage internal project communications across workstreams, including the interface between projects and the business.
• Provide a transparent and coordinated program governance structure.
• Drive the Implementation of the Client’s standards across work streams, driving consistency and continuous improvement.

Personal attributes

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related technical field

Data Analyst

What This Job Involves

You will be part of the Data and Digital Team on a client account that sits within the Corporate Solution at JLL. You will be supporting the client and the JLL team on data analysis, visualisation and implementation of new data or digital solutions that will further advance the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the team. This will include the proper identification of business requirements, problem discovery and supporting the promotion of data culture and curriculum within the on-account team. You will also support your manager in other relevant administrative duties.

Data Governance

You will support the development and maintenance of end-to-end data lifecycle management. You will also support the client data governance framework, with a focus on continued improvement of data quality and track data quality issues, identify gaps, and apply action plans to remediate gap.

Business Intelligence and Analytics

You will gather and question the requirements from business users to ensure the right problem is being solve and apply an analytical lens to derive insights and deliver the findings back in an easy to understand/ interpret manner.
