Purpose of the Job:

• Conduct engine disassembly from modular level to piece part level, inspect and clean engine piece parts and hardwares, re-assemble engine for testing.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• NITEC or Poly diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautical & Aerospace Technology
• At least 2 years’ work experience in disassembly/assembly/inspection in aviation industry
• Prior aviation experience in engine MRO facility will be an added advantage
• Technical skills in lock-wiring, torque application and manual interpretation required
• Training provided for candidate without prior work experience

· Perform remote hands services including tasks such as securing cabling, checking port numbers, observing, or reporting indicators on equipment, rudimentary observation of the environment, and server reboots.

· Perform remote Hand support (Media Management, Visual Inspection, Reboot devices, staging room, Physical connect/disconnect of HDD, network cable connectivity test, insertion of fibre SFP, circuit migration, dismantling unused fibre, fibre regrooming etc).

· Assist to oversee the IT equipment hardware inventory on individual racks inside the Data Center.

· To handle input and output media with due care for integrity of data and utility of media for subsequent use, including off-site storage.

· Perform event monitoring for IT Systems and Network infrastructure.

· Perform incident escalation, ensure incidents are responded and attended to. To redirect for 2nd or 3rd level resolution based on critically, impact and customer Service Level Agreement (SLA).

· Manage and mitigate escalations of high impact system failures and assist in tracking the incidents till closure.

· Perform troubleshooting using test gear/tools; Virtual fault locator, Optical fiber identifier, Optical power meter, Optical time domain reflectometer.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Able to use Photoshop and illustrator is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Printing Technician or in a similar role within the printing industry.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining printer.
• Knowledge of different printing techniques and processes.
• Familiarity with various types of printing materials and inks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
