As a Deputy General Manager, you will:

• Be yourself!
• Set guest satisfaction targets and ensure these are met, using guests’ feedback and surveys
• Lead from the front and get stuck in – you’re the face of the hotel operation!

Opportunity for a General Practitioner to work within an Urgent Care Centre, Based in Dudley.

We are looking for a GP with at least 1 year experience post CCT with Urgent Care experience.

Location: Dudley
Contract: ADHOC Basis - 24hr / 7 days per week service
Pay Rate: £75-80 p/h DOE + £250 Welcome Bonus
Duties:

• Using your clinical expertise and professional knowledge to assess and manage patients in face-to-face settings, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a high quality and patient-centred service when normal primary care is closed.
• Provide timely high quality clinical care and assessments during base visits and support telephone triage in between patients requiring face to face care.
• Deliver personalised, evidence informed medical care to all patients in contact with OOHs and provide advice, treatment, and onward referral as appropriate.
• Adhere to local prescribing guidelines and keep good quality up to date medical records including ensuring appropriate documentation and coding is used to provide consistent audit and monitoring of the service.

Property Clearance Operatives are needed to work in around the Black Country area.

The job duties and candidates are below and the jobs are working with one of the UK's largest Property Security, Maintenance and Management companies.

Duties will include:

• To drive the team van when required.
• All associated tasks as requested by the supervisor.
• Cleaning and clearing vacant social housing properties, both the interior and exterior gardens. after the tenant has vacated the property.
• Remove any lounge, bedroom or kitchen furniture left behind.
• Remove any other items left behind by tenant.
• Remove all furniture, carpets, underlay, lino, curtains & blinds from customer properties.
• Remove any old/damaged outbuildings/sheds from the garden.
• Trim back hedges and grassed garden areas
• Remove any debris left in gardens/tards/driveways.
• Deliver and retrieve security keys.
• Remove all old/damaged outbuildings/sheds from customer properties.
• Remove needles, bodily fluids & other contaminated objects on occasions when needed.
• To continually update the call centre during jobs where needed

As part of this role you will aim to provide timely high quality clinical care and assessments during base visits and support telephone triage in between patients requiring face to face care. You will also deliver personalised, evidence informed medical care to all patients in contact with OoHs and provide advice, treatment and onward referral as appropriate. You will adhere to local prescribing guidelines and keep good quality up to date medical records including ensuring appropriate documentation and coding is used to provide consistent audit and monitoring of the service. As part of the service you will provide clinical advice and support to non-medical team members as requested and work in close partnership and liaison with primary care, acute and specialist services, Urgent Community Response (UCR), Hospital at Home, Single Point of Access (SPA), Community Services, social services, mental health services and voluntary services both clinically and in relation to service development.

Registered General Nurse - Urgent Care - £250 Bonus!

Opportunity available for a Registered General Nurse or Paramedic to work within an Assessment team, Based in West Midlands

The team sits within an UCC setting with the role predominantly working as a Junior practitioner within the UTC, you will undertake assessment of a range of health and clinical needs of the patient within scope of competence and using clinical practice skills and own clinical judgement to diagnose, refer or discharge patients. You will be expected to participate in a range of educational activities to enhance your clinical knowledge and skills with the aim of progressing to the role of Emergency Clinical Practitioner/ Advanced Clinical Practitioner. As part of this role you will carry out initial assessments with patients, Recording a brief history and observations and then signposting patients to the most appropriate service for their healthcare needs. You will use your knowledge and experience plan and provide skilled and competent care to meet the patient's health and social care needs and ensure that patients receive high quality clinical care, delivered in a timely manner.

The role will be on a shift rota with a mix of Days / Long days & Nights

The hourly Rate for this role:

Monday to Friday: £30.00 Per Hour
Saturday/ Sunday: £34.00 Per Hour
