Job Description:

• Research and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, reliability and other specified criteria.
• Select suppliers/ vendors based on quality, cost and delivery capabilities.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts with suppliers to achieve favorable terms for the company.
• Generate purchase orders and ensure accuracy in product specifications, quantities and delivery dates.
• Process requisitions accurately and efficiently, keeping stakeholders informed on the status of orders and potential risks or delays.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, proactively identify potential delays or issues and take corrective actions to prevent disruptions.

• Receive and log supplier deliveries.
• Store items (raw materials & finished goods) correctly with detailed labels and paperwork.
