The firm is seeking a HR Manager for Sydney, to join an innovative and collaborative national HR team and represent the firm's high-performing culture. You will also provide mentoring and guidance to the Sydney HR Advisor and HR Coordinator who will report directly to you.

You'll be reporting into an engaging Head of HR and be given the autonomy to drive success through providing strategic business partnering with senior leaders as well as developing and leading people initiatives across your national portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the HR strategy in alignment with your stakeholder group.
Be a trusted advisor, providing strategic business partnering support to the Office Managing Partner and other leaders.
Provide guidance and mentoring to the HR Advisor and HR Coordinator who will report to you.
Lead the talent management program for your group, meeting business goals through the development, engagement and retention of individuals.
Collaborate with otherHR Managers/Business Partners on broader company or People & Culture initiatives and projects.


The ideal candidate will be motivated in achieving high performance results in line with the firm's culture and values. You will be able to work collaboratively in what is a tight-knit HR team in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident in having courageous conversations and ability to work under pressure, resilient, and robust. Responsibilities

Own the full recruiting cycle from source to close for IC & leadership roles across Sales and some GTM functions.
Strategically and creatively source passive candidates.
Partner with our teams to generate candidate referrals.
Develop relationships with Sales + GTM leadership to collaborate during the hiring process.
Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and our different GTM organisations.
Provide top notch candidate experience while as being a trusted internal business partner to our stakeholders.
Work with your RC to manage the interview scheduling.
Track and document candidate communications in ATS - Greenhouse.

Requirements

3-7 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience at an agency, RPO or in- house (sales, GTM, business recruiting a plus, but not essential).
Strong ability to influence using collaboration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
