Overview

Reporting to the Country Manager, the HR Manager and fellow country lead team members to guide, manage and provide strategy on the people function of the company, including driving culture and organisational change, talent management & development, talent acquisition, and employer branding.

Providing strategic counsel on all people matters, this position contributes to the long-term goals around business and people development including performance management, hi-potential identification and development. The Head of HR works in close collaboration with business partners within the company to formulate people strategies that help deliver on company’s strategic direction as well as engaging employees. The position formulates and leads the implementation of HR policies and initiatives through the people team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Formulate and deliver on talent attraction strategies to fulfil labour resourcing requirements for the company to support organic and new business growth including new business staff mobilisation resourcing.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager for a 9-12 month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities:

• Market the company’s range of services to customers in the Asia Pacific Region and help develop marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and agreements, liaise with customers for approval, and negotiate final terms and conditions.
• Assist the Marketing Manager/Director in preparing the annual sales and marketing expense budget.
• Implement prevention programs, ensuring team members are informed and actively contribute to HSE development, and that all actions support improvement objectives.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of regional marketing experience with an aviation company, preferably with repair and overhaul capacity.
• Essential knowledge of the regional business environment.
• Proficiency in an additional regional language is advantageous.
• Aviation background with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Extensive travel required.

Fleet Operations Assistant Manager (Automotive)

Job Summary:

The Fleet Operations Assistant Manager reports to the Senior Leasing Manager. The successful candidate plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance on top of the duty of overseeing the daily fleet operations. This position entails developing and implementing strategies to digitalize fleet management processes, optimize resource utilization, and leverage technology to streamline operations.

It is a 5-day work week and working location is in Jurong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees daily fleet operations requirement and movements including procurement, pre-delivery inspections and disposal;
• Coordinate routine maintenance schedules for rental vehicles, ensuring compliance with manufacturer recommendations and company standards;
• Lead the development and implementation of digital processes and workflows for fleet management, including maintenance and inspection scheduling, and inventory tracking;
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and streamline processes using digital tools and technologies;
• Oversee the integration of fleet management software with existing systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability;
• Provide training and support to employees to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and processes;

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics supply chain, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role;
• Familiarity with rental car industry operations, including vehicle rental processes, pricing strategies, and customer service standards;
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end of the order cycle for inventory management including coordinating with the suppliers and distribution centres, to ensure timely delivery of goods to island-wide stores.
• Responsible for healthy on-shelf availability of inventories to meet customers' demands.
• Work closely with Demand Planners on weekly demand forecasting activities, and plan and communicate weekly allocation to stores.
