Job Requirements:
- Holds a Degree.
- Possesses a minimum of 4-6 years of post-graduate professional experience in architectural design
- Advantageous to be registered with the Board of Architects Singapore
- Demonstrates a robust design portfolio showcasing a variety of infrastructure (railway/airport etc) design project experiences would be highly advantageous
- Has a proven track record of leadership within design teams
- Exhibits creative design thinking and exceptional design detailing skills
- Proficient in freehand sketches, as well as competent in BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office, InDesign, and basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engaging with clients and stakeholders to review construction designs.
• Developing building plans for a variety of construction projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential.
• Compiling budgets, material lists, and specifications for client review and approval.
• Serving as a liaison between the client and construction teams.
• Supervising building contractors and construction teams.
• Conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.
• Generating progress reports, timelines, and updated budgets.
• Performing a final inspection upon project completion.

Job Requirements:
