Job Description & Requirements :

• Detail study of specifications & drawings
• Prepare & coordinate inspections prior to casting of any structure elements or instalation of Architectural items
• Highlight and present discrepancies of Architectural, and Strutural drawings to Consultants & Project Manger / Site Manager
• To advise site supervisors on findings and comments as instructed by RE or RTO on site
• To advise and discuss any items / issues arrising with sub-subcontractors on drawings discrepancies to work methodlology
• To check and inspect all installed items Structural or Achitectural, prior to request of RE / RTO site inspection to cast or proceed with installation
• To collate all reports and inspection forms carried out on site that are necessary for installation and documentation
• To assist supervisors and/or sub-contractors in the formation of levels, settle site discrepancy, site constraints that is within the capacity of an Engineer
• Assist to oversee the working methods in accordance to safety requirements with advise from WSHO when in doubt
• To attend meetings held to resolve discrepancies and site issues arising on Structural or Achitectural items/elements
• Degree in Civil Enginerring or its equivalent accredited by Professional Engineer Board
• At least 2-5 years working experience in established Building Constrution Company, preferably in projects involving school and institutions construction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability to handle with clients and co-ordinate works
• Initiative, willingness to learn and able to multi-task
• Experienced in pre-cast and architectural trades will be advantageous

Job Description :

(1) To assist CM on all site matters and operations on site.

(2) Planning & deployment of all resources, facilities & the arrangement of these resources & facilities on site upon approval from the clients, consultant & CM.

(3) Schedule of works delegation to the work persons, sub-contractors & all employees on site.

(4) Administered the work schedule is in accordance to the approved master program.

(5) To convene meeting with the CM & Site team & Sub-contractors on all matters of work operation, methods and details of construction.

(6) To advise & instruct all work persons employed & the sub-contractors or suppliers on site operations matters.

(7) To make all necessary decisions on the methods & work operations issues whenever there are discrepancy upon approval from the CM, respective authorities or consultants to ensure the site smooth operations.

(8) To issue any stop work order, if necessary, on site whenever there any unsafe act or conditions that the CM deemed is unfit for the work person on site to carry on the work safely.

Requirements :

Ø Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering.

Ø Minimum 3 years experience on site operation.

Ø Knowledge in contract/tender documents administration

ARCHITECTURAL FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Able to co-ordinate and execute the operational work schedules and implementation of the Architectural work trade on site with sub-contractors, clients and Consultants to achieve target set.
• Liaise with the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance to schedule and all required regulations
• Site coordination and monitoring architectural work progress
• Able to prepare shop drawing for construction & As-built plan for submission

Requirements

• Possess recognized Nitec in Building (Architectural) / Diploma in Architecture from local polytechnic or recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction industry.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative, willingness to learn and able to multi-task.
• Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.
• Able to work independently, capability to do trouble-shooting

· Conduct training for workers

· Supervise all workers in providing safety measures and procedures in accordance with MOM Regulations

Job Description:

• Conduct site safety inspection and enforce compliance of prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations and to ensure all facilities and equipments relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard
• Conduct monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues
• Prepare and submit Site Environmental Control Programme to the occupier of the construction site before work commences on the worksite
• Attend to all feedback on such irregularities and inform the occupier of the construction site accordingly
