About You:

We will provide full training in preparing candidates for their role and we pay candidates to complete their training.
Rates of Pay
Full-time and part-time contracts available (5 hour, 16 hour and 32 hour permanent contracts)
Basic rate: £11.80 per hour.
Overtime rates:
Sleep shifts (11pm-7am) attached to early or late shifts: £6.50-7.50 per hour (emergency only).
Flexible pay options: weekly or monthly, with accrued holiday pay.
Mileage contribution and travel time factored into pay when applicable.

The Role:
We are not an agency, we are a Care Provider contracted with numerous councils. As such we can guarantee your hours and give you a run that is carefully planned so we will not send you all over Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme. Your work will be planned to ensure you routinely work with the same customers which helps you, our future staff members, to provide high quality, consistent care.
