Construction Coordinator reports to Asst. Project Manager and assist in supervising, monitoring, and coordinating structural/MEP/Architectural works carried out by subcontractors via daily inspection and monitoring to ensure all trade works are constructed according to specified requirements and schedule. Job duties include reporting site progression, surveying, ordering of construction materials, maintenance of site facilities, ensuring all site health and safety rules and regulations are abided by, daily scheduling and allocation of manpower, and issuing of work instructions as stipulated by project requirement.

The Senior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Engineer leads a team of MEP Engineers and coordinate closely with the Project Manager in supervision of all MEP works at Project Site. To ensure works carried out by MEP Engineers in accordance with specifications, drawings and stipulated work programme, quality requirement, standards and MEP construction materials are efficiently utilized.

The Senior MEP Engineer holds the knowhow of MEP part of construction projects, provides the planning input for the MEP works, assist in value engineering and tender preparation for MEP aspect.

• Assisting Snr. Procurement & Logistics Officer in purchasing and ensuring timely delivery of all general and bulk materials used in projects.
• Review purchasing arrangement with suppliers including price, delivery, performance and discount to achieve reduced supply-related transaction costs to the Company, as well as monitor and submit construction material cost fluctuation report to Quantity Surveyor.
• Monitor and control material budget quantity and wastages expected for the project Coordinate with Project team in the leasing/rental of construction machinery and purchase of construction material/equipment, as well as monitoring and reporting usage of supplies.
• Negotiation with suppliers and vendors.
• ERP entries for the inventory control and procurement of materials and maintaining approved suppliers/vendors list in the ERP system.
• Process and certify the debit notes and credit notes for supplier materials before processing suppliers’ payment, reconcile supplier invoice and process of backcharge to subcontrators.
• Management and monitoring of the main store and site store’s inventory count and system throug auditing.
• Ensuring adherence to Company’s procurement policies and procedures.
• Preparation of all procurement transaction reports to management, if needed.
• Store inventory updating regularly.
• Maintain and contribute to the effectiveness of Integrated Management System (IMS)

The primary responsibility of a BIM Modeler is to carry out clash detection and restrictions, identification of discrepancies and design flaw through BIM modelling, visualization of value engineering works and aesthetic requirements, and supporting tender team and construction project with draft technical drawing and sketches.

Assistant Contract Manager will support the Contract Manager to provides functional, technical or process leadership and manages the financial aspects of construction projects: cost management, billing, etc. Asst Contract Manager also will assist the Contract Manager to reviews, negotiates, and administers contract proposals and specifications for client contracts/subcontracts; identifies, evaluates, and advises on potential project problems/risks.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist the contract manager to develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with Company policy and procedures.
• Assist to negotiate and evaluate contractual terms, subcontractor agreement, pricing change orders and final settlements with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture (Preferably recognized by BOA)
