About the Role:
The Field Service Engineer plays a key role in cooperation with the Sales and Logistics for periodic maintenance activities. The Infrastructure Engineer (OSP) + End User Computing (Digital Workplace) SAM contributes to the successful design, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure solutions, primarily key digital workplace tools that meet the requirements of the organization. This role performs configuration and daily operational activities (through Vendors) while providing last level technical support on Digital Workplace domain. In addition, the role collaborates with other team members and across teams in developing and defining policies and strategies for integration across IT.
