Requirements

• Bachelor of Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of equipment maintenance experience will be considered
• At least 2 years experience in Semiconductor Industry
• Willing to commit for overtime when required

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Year-end procedure, audit, coordination of legal affairs, tax, GST, insurance, cash flow, bank, payroll, and overall accounting

· Coordinates all accounting systems activities within Siltronic under consideration of the strategies and goals of Siltronic group. Selects and develops personnel. Reviews performance and determines appropriate recognition

· Communicates with and support Manager-Controlling on issues pertaining controlling, financing and accounting

· Responsible for Year-end and quarterly reporting through Siltronic group common reporting structures and formats

· Responsible for the execution of financial policies and procedures (in coordination with HQ) and in seeing that they is carried out

· Responsible for tasks or projects that are assigned by Head of Finance from time to time

Job Requirements:

· Full-fledged CPA with a degree in Accountancy or its equivalent qualification

· At least 8 years' relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and currently in a managerial position

· Good knowledge and understanding of local accounting standards, with experience in SAP and income tax matters

· Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership, initiative and teamwork skills

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure within tight reporting deadlines

· Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and meticulous with an eye for details

• Schedule and perform periodic equipment preventive maintenance
• Work with Engineers to troubleshoot process related issues relating to equipment failure
• Perform housekeeping and conformance to safety and cleanroom protocols

Requirements

• Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent fields
• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) is an advantage
• Able to perform 12 hours rotating day and night shift
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply

Working Hours:

• First 3 months on normal shift, after training will be placed on 12 Hour rotational Shift (Shift allowances provided)
• 8.00 am to 8.00 pm / 8.00 pm to 8.00 am

• Manage wafer manufacturing process in achieving quality, yield, quality and production targets.
• Collaborate with Technology counterparts globally on process alignment and qualification of new processes, suppliers and consumables if needed
• Work with cross-functional teams on process capability improvement and yield enhancement projects
• Coordinate troubleshooting of process issues and yield losses
• Drive for continuous process improvement and permanent solutions to resolve chronic process and quality issues.
• Develop best practices, routine and innovative solutions for continuous improvement
• Perform Statistical data analysis for process improvement and interpretation of data
• Apply problem solving methods (8D, Fishbone, DOE etc.) and risk analysis (like FMEA)

Job Requirements:-

• University degree in Engineering or Science
• Knowledge of quality management systems, data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical process control (SPC)
