Successful applicants for this position will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge, interdisciplinary projects that aim to dramatically rethink how people and AI systems will work together in the future. SCOPE OVERVIEW

• Deliver foundation training on product knowledge and sales propositions to New Hires
• Identify training needs of salesforce
• Develop and deliver skills-based training
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop training slides for product launches and deliver launch trainings to respective sellers from different channels
• Ensure training materials and curriculum are updated in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal/external partners to coordinate training schedules
• Perform emcee duties for events
• Speak at customer events or seminars on topics related to financial planning
• Lead or be part of a squad to drive projects or initiatives
• Administer and track training records for appointed representatives in accordance to regulatory requirements
• Fulfil any other roles related to training when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role in a financial institution
• CMFAS qualifications (minimally M5, M9, M9A & HI)
• Confident presenter with strong communication skills
• Disciplined in managing timelines of deliverables
• Proactive in taking the lead in project initiation
• Able to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders
• Attentive to detail
