Job Description

• Responsible for developing marketing strategy, channel strategy, content strategy, conversion planning and content and content and campaign ideation for the relevant programme area

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in multimedia technology
• Min 3 years’ experience in ecommerce, familiar with social media platforms
• Excellent understanding of digital Marketing concepts and best practices
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well verse in Adobe and Macromedia is an advantage

• Conceptualize, plan and execute marketing campaigns that aligns with company's goal and objectives

• Develop, edit and manage social media content including photography and video editing

Qualification and Experience

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Process principal/senior Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for:

- Prepare and manage engineering changes for new product introduction to transfer to production; design, implement, and measure manufacturing processes with DFM and PFMEA

- Identify and report changes to project scope, prepare proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules, provide assistance during procurement, construction and commissioning activities

- Generate, update and implement digital production line related requirements, plans, specifications, and promote the digital transformation of the production line

- Lead quality analysis of production line, investigate non-conforming products with root cause and corrective action analysis, drive down unit cost of production, improve production capability

- Provide pre-production training for production line employees, and ensure the production operations are carried out according to the training content and operation guidance after the training

Requirements:

- A bachelor's or associate degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or other related fields

- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing with a focus in SMT process engineering formal training and/or work experience (preferred)

- Knowledge of PCB footprint layout, stencil layout, shipping packaging requirements, pick and place requirements, evaluate new product designs through processing trials (reflow soldering, wave soldering, press fit, etc), rework procedure

- Strong technical writing ability and proficiency with MS Office applications

- Experience in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Gerber or other engineering design, modeling or simulation software is desirable

- Experience with the development of new manufacturing processes to support volume manufacturing
