Triflex Asia is looking for very assertive waterproofing product sales specialist who are are able to decidedly pursue, execute tactical approach to secure product supply contracts for waterproofing projects. He / She must be strongly networked in the building construction industry and possess relentless determination to uncover untapped business potentials. Responsibilities:
1. Develop, actively implement action plans and regularly maintain the Triflex sales pipeline (Prospects, Qualified Leads, Demo / Proposal, Negotiation, Project Won, Repeat Business).
2. Carry out all scheduled prospecting activities across multiple communication channels.
3. Present sales approach and competitor analysis of various project leads to the MD / GM and execute the sales strategy
4. Perform a discovery of the decision-making process of customers and stakeholders pre and post sales.
5. Negotiate optimal pricing for Triflex liquid-applied waterproofing products.
6. Optimize marketing approach to ensure efficient and cost-effective use of budgeted resources.
7. Maintain (in database) accurate and detailed sales and project progress documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
8. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support, updates on waterproofing projects (leads and ongoing), addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
9. Collaborate with project teams, including site managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.
10. Participate in all site inspection /survey to understand project waterproofing requirements and identify potential issues with compliance to Triflex product application standards.
11. All times to ensure and support compliance with safety protocols in conducting site inspections and compliance with local regulations on the use, storage and sales of Triflex waterproofing products
12. Coordinate cross-departmental requirements throughout the product sales cycle.
13. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to waterproofing.
Qualifications Required
1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product sales management, ideally within the waterproofing or building envelope construction industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of waterproofing systems, building envelope materials and application techniques with the ability to identify and recommend on-site issues.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients, teams, and stakeholders.
4. Highly competent to manage the whole of product sales cycle
5. Demonstrated behaviour of steadfast assertive selling to close job orders.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making decisions quickly and effectively in challenging situations.
7. Proven methodical approach to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.
8. Recorded ability of utilizing social media as well as a vast and solid network of industry related connections.
9. Reliable and prudent in the use of company resources.
10. Resourceful, analytical, focused on solution-based approach .
11. Possesses class 3 driving license and willing to travel to project sites.
