• Resolve any occurring setback at site.
• Maintain good interaction with Clients, Contractors, Consultants, Authorities and all other relevant parties.
• Attend all Site meetings and minutes the meeting agenda.
• Verification of contractors’ progress claim.
• Practice good site governance and ensure projects can be completed on time.
• Assists on any other tasks assigned as and when required.
• Maintain good documentation on essential Forms of Paper works and drawings.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support senior sales representatives in executing sales strategies and initiatives to drive

revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

2. Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through market research, prospecting, and cold

calling to expand the customer base.

3. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication

and coordination of customer inquiries, orders and deliveries.

4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding

product availability, pricing and specifications.

5. Prepare sales proposals, quotes and contracts under guidance of senior sales

representatives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

6. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status.

7. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics and

identify areas for improvement.

8. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence,

scheduling appointments, and organizing sales materials.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Fresh graduates who are interested in the food industry or related field are encouraged to

apply.

3. Working experience in sales and marketing, within the food industry or related field will be

an added advantage.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage

effectively with customers and colleagues.

5. Results-driven with a focus in supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets and

delivering exceptional customer service.

6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.

8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
