Responsibilities :
- Compile daily cheque collection and prepare bank in slip to proceed for daily banking into the Bank.
- Park or post accounting entry to debtors’ account after cheque clearance by bank.
- Investigate disputed invoices and forward to respective Billing Section for further investigation.
- Attend queries from customers.
- Update status of collection and outstanding balance to superior on daily basis.
- Prepare outstanding analysis upon request by debtors.
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounts and/or Finance, and internship MUST be a requirement for your course.
- This internship is based at Alor Setar.
