JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of

the Accounting Department. This includes the preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and leading a team of accountants. About This Role:

會計經理負責管理會計部門的日常運作，確保財務數據的準確性，並就財務事項提供策略指導。該角色涉及與各部門協調以確保財務合規性和效率，以及支援執行團隊進行財務規劃和分析。

主要職責：

財務報告：

• 根據會計準則編制月度、季度和年度財務報表。
• 分析財務數據並向管理團隊提供見解。
• 確保向利害關係人及時、準確地報告財務資訊。

預算與預測：

• 制定和管理公司的年度預算和財務預測。
• 根據預算監控實際績效，識別差異並提出糾正措施建議。
• 支援部門準備預算和預測。

會計業務：

• 監督會計部門，包括應付帳款、應收帳款、薪資和總帳。
• 確保所有財務交易和記錄的準確性。
• 維護和改進財務報告的內部控制。

合規與審計：

• 確保遵守財務法規和會計準則（例如 GAAP、IFRS）。
• 協調外部審計並與審計師密切合作，以確保審計結果成功。
• 管理稅務報告並遵守地方、州和聯邦法規。

現金流管理：

• 監控現金流量並管理現金儲備，以確保公司財務穩定。
• 制定有效現金管理和優化營運資本的策略。

財務分析：

• 進行財務分析以支援決策，包括獲利分析、成本分析和投資分析。
• 根據財務分析和預測提供策略建議。

策略規劃：

• 與高階管理層合作制定長期財務策略。
• 提供財務見解以支持業務成長和擴張計劃。
• 參與制定公司策略和計劃。

團隊領導與發展：

• 領導和指導財務和會計團隊，促進持續改進的文化。
• 確保團隊成員接受會計標準和財務程序的訓練。
• 進行績效評估並支持團隊成員的職涯發展。

風險管理：

• 識別金融風險並制定緩解策略。
• 確保公司有足夠的保險範圍和風險管理保單。

系統和流程改善：

• 評估和實施財務系統以提高效率和準確性。
• 不斷尋求改善財務流程和報告的方法。

執行經理指派的任何任務。

資格：

• 會計、金融或相關領域的學士學位。 CPA、CMA 或類似認證優先。
• 至少 5-7 年會計或財務經驗，其中至少 3 年擔任監督或管理職位。
• 馬來西亞的完整工作權
• 精通會計原理、財務報告和財務分析。
• 優秀的溝通、領導和組織能力。
• 能夠在壓力下工作並在緊迫的期限內完成工作。
• 較強的分析和解決問題的能力。
