Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping using SQL-based software.
- Provide general administrative support to management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Manage records, file systems, and data entry for Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
- Handle phone calls, correspondence, and maintain document confidentiality.
- Assist with invoice preparation, financial statements, and bookkeeping tasks.
- Monitor and negotiate office supply orders.
Qualifications:
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping experience is required.
- Elementary knowledge of SQL-based accounting software is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
