1. Daily activities
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Processing orders including quotations, invoicing, delivery, and shipping
- Picking stock and analysing the quantities for reordering
- Receiving goods from suppliers and ensuring inventory is in order
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
2. Weekly reporting
- Receipting and handling customers' payments
- Compiling backorders and issuing Purchase Orders plus monitoring suppliers
- Tabulating customer and supplier invoices
- Managing loan items. returns and unusual cases
- Up-to-date stock take as and when necessary
3. Monthly duties
- Statement of Accounts to customers
- Call on customers for receivable matters
- Tracking of customer returns, warranty and supplier responses
- Medical device registrations
- Sales reports
4. Job Requirements
- Dedicated to helping dental customers to fulfil patients' oral objectives
- Attention to detail, independent and not error-prone
- 5 days of work
Bookkeeping knowledge will be advantageous.
