We are expanding and we are looking for a strategic, adaptive, and results-oriented Editor/Videographer! You are required to possess an exceptional level of both technical and creative abilities to be able to effectively create the vision creatives. This candidate should be well-versed in the latest Instagram and TikTok trends and enjoy creating and experimenting with content styles that are unique and innovative while keeping in mind the values and vision of the brand.

As an Editor/Videographer

• Lead creative composition of moving visuals and motion graphics to tell a story as required with minimal supervision
• Create original video content
• Adapt and localise international content for various platforms with assets for social platforms being a key requirement
• Must be able to edit without storyboards or provide your own interpretation of an offline edit
• Deliver projects to a high standard within specified time frames
• Export, compress, and re-format video files
• Stay up to date with current moving image trends
• Contribute to creative solutions within the post-production unit
• Able to work independently and also be a team player.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Media or Film from technical college / university
• Minimum of 5 years as an editor for short-form content
• Adept with Premiere Pro and experienced with the full Adobe Creative Suite including knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator
• Compelling portfolio of work
• Understanding of encoding/transcoding, codecs, video formats, file types, frame rates, resolutions
• Sound knowledge of shooting on a mobile phone as well as broadcast equipment including video cameras, audio gear, and lighting
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and able to balance projects and priorities independently.

• Uphold quality in every process of Distribution and Production operations undertaken
  
• Fully understand and adhere to all instructions as detailed in distribution & batch documents and SOPs
  
• Complete all documentation in compliance with the principles of cGMP
• Perform routine cleaning of Clinical Services equipment and packaging rooms according to appropriate SOPs. Carry out housekeeping of the warehouse to ensure it is consistently clean and tid
• Count and record materials required for use in Clinical Trial operations. Ensure all materials are handled carefully and in the correct manner (Quality) Report any known breaches in procedure, or any examples of substandard quality to supervisor
• Undertake additional duties or specific tasks as designated by superiors
• Receive incoming or returned materials in an efficient manner and perform putaway followed by the uploading of details into the Inventory Management System accordingly
• Ensure the correct picking of materials for all Distribution Orders
• Perform all Distribution activities in accordance with SOPs and Distribution instructions to ensure efficient, exact and secure completion
• Perform and maintain accurate computer transactions in line with Distribution and Inventory Management systems
• Process material for all Clinical Services packaging disciplines, e.g. blister packing, walleting, encapsulation, dispensing, label & compilation, in accordance with SOPs and Production Instructions (Quality) Undertake packaging duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice as detailed in relevant SOPs.
• Hold responsibility for verification of materials processed by completing all relevant documentation.

Job Requirement

• Min NITEC in any role
• Able to commence work within short notice
• Experience in healthscience fields will be highly advantageous

Expectations of the role:

• Research, draft, propose, independent creative creator, and produce engaging/unique video content
• Involve in video production, video editing and post-production which includes the creation of video animations and digital artwork management
• Work closely with the team to generate creative content and video/podcast concepts
• Set up and tear down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones and props

Must-haves…

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in full suite of video production is preferred
• Detailed knowledge of the pre-production and production processes
• Strong experience in creating new contents post-production via Adobe Creative Suite
• Professional technical knowledge and ability to operate, set up video, audio, lighting, or other production equipments independently
