Finance

• Develop and implement the company’s financial policies and procedures. This includes setting the budgets, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Oversee the company’s accounting and reporting functions. This includes ensuring that financial statements are accurate and timely, and that taxes are filed correctly.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities. This information can be used to make informed decisions about the company’s operation and investments.
• Manage the company’s financial risk. This includes hedging against price volatility and other financial risks.
• Advise the CEO and other senior management on financial matters. This includes providing insight into the company’s financial performance and helping them make strategic decisions.

HR

• Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies, handle job postings, interviews, and selection.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee issues, enhance engagement, and resolve conflicts.
• HR Administ Ensure legal adherence and maintain accurate employee records. Oversee the human resource operations
• Training & Development: Identify needs and organize training programs.

Jobs Responsibilities

• Strengthen control set up through the declaration, investigation, analysis of operational risk incidents
• Contribute to determine risk reduction actions & coordinate ad-hoc global remediation plans
• Lead the answer, follow up and closure of any internal or external recommendations
• Materialize, maintain & improve the First Line control plan
• Develop and manage operational risk monitoring measures and reporting (e.g. KRI, Risk Control Self-Assessment (‘RCSA’), Conduct Risk Identification (‘CRI’))
• Contribution to the rationalization, cleaning, efficiency of controls while reducing risks
• Conduct training and awareness sessions aiming to strengthen a risk mitigation culture.
• Validation process: Coordinate the internal validation of exceptional transactions, new activities, proprietary custom index or automated trading strategies, new product rollout; Provide advisory to First Line and Functions on operational risk assessment throughout the validation process. Ensure adherence to the relevant policies & proper implementation of actions points.
• Assist with identifying ongoing business, regulatory and conduct risks within the GM business, APAC.
• Contribute to the formulation, implementation and delivery strategy in line with the Bank's vision, mission, values and priorities (from a risk perspective).
• Ensure local and applicable regulatory guidelines are adhered to when rolling out policies, procedures and reviews.

• Assist in the management of HMPI, with the help of professional captive manager

Requirements

• Tertiary education, with relevant working experience in general insurance.
• Good number crunching and financial modelling skills
• Skilful with Excel software
• Effective writing skills, able to present complex concepts in simple and direct language
• Healthcare ERM experience would be highly advantageous

This role encompasses several key responsibilities, including:

Deputy Managing Director:

• Assume the responsibilities of the Managing Director in their absence.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Singapore subsidiary and other entities within the Group, facilitating seamless communication and information exchange on internal matters and processes.

Finance Director:

• Serve as an internal leader, overseeing all financial aspects of the company.
• Direct financial planning, prepare and submit financial reports for approval, manage taxation, auditing, and support the organization's budgeting process.
• Analyze and present financial reports accurately and promptly, ensuring clear communication of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage financial, project/program, and grants accounting, and coordinate the annual audit process.

• Update and implement business policies and accounting practices, enhancing the overall policy and procedure manual for the finance department.

Administration and Other Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, a Master's degree is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial software systems like SAP B1 is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to convey financial information to diverse audiences effectively.

• While fluency in English is required, proficiency in other languages, particularly French, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Produce business performance / pipeline decks for regular business meetings, including detailed and accurate asset and deposit pipeline across Coverage and Product
