Apt Resources is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control professional to join their client's team at a prestigious Royal Family in Abu Dhabi. As a Quality Control specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food production processes meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with international food safety standards
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of food production processes to identify any potential quality issues
• Monitor and enforce hygiene and sanitation practices in the kitchen production area
• Collaborate with the production team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in food quality control

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a kitchen production or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of international food safety standards and regulations
• Certification in food safety and quality management is highly desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
