Integrity Industrial has been providing specialist labour hire and recruitment services to our clients and helping our candidates find work in WA for over 20 years.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Industrial team which specialises in industrial, trades and blue-collar recruitment across the WA State Government, Construction, Local Government and commercial sectors.
The Role
We encourage our consultants to take ownership of and manage their own workload. We operate in a cooperative, team-based environment where our consultants are responsible for the full 360 degree recruitment and client account management cycle.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Client relationship and key account management
• Creating job adverts and candidate sourcing strategies
• Candidate selection and shortlisting
• Registration of suitable candidates (references, OSH inductions etc)
• Client Account Management
• OSH Site visits / Audits
• Placing suitably qualified and skilled candidates
• Ongoing Candidate and Assignment management
• Quality Assurance / Feedback
• Business Development
Essential Criteria
• At least two (2) years recruitment experience in blue collar, trades or technical environment
• Ability to manage key client contracts and relationships
• Manage and coordinate multiple contracts, clients and candidates
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence to undertake site visits and meet new clients
• Reporting and compliance
• Current Drivers licence
Desirable
• FastTrack 360 experience desirable
