Position Overview
As a Recruitment Manager at Motorway Group, you will be crucial in supporting our HR team. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, managing onboarding processes, and handling various HR administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will collaborate closely with the department heads or hiring managers to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Designed and executed effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across diverse roles at Motorway.
· Oversee the entire recruitment process, from review of job description to closing of the vacancies, which includes job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering of employment.
· Work closely with department heads or hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
· Provide expert guidance on job specifications, candidate profiles, and relevant market trends to align hiring efforts with business objectives.
· Adopt a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to onboarding.
· Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies. Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
· To ensure competitive and fair offers, oversee the job offer process and conduct reference checks as needed.
· Keep abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices in talent acquisition to drive innovation and enhance recruitment strategies.
· Conduct an Exit interview and analyze attrition trend
· Assist in organizing company events
· Define learning needs and career development paths.
· Source and propose for staff training and development
· Define learning needs and career development paths.
· Identify and propose to the Management to groom talent for leadership roles.
· Any ad-hoc task assigned to you.
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing & recruitment for white collar and senior positions in an in-house high-volume environment.
· Prefer Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ATS systems.
· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Someone who prefers to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
