• Technical pre-sales support: you will work closely with the sales team to present technical solutions and support potential customers in selecting the right products and services.
• Requirements analysis: You will understand the business requirements of our customers and translate these into technical requirements.
• Product demos and presentations: You will create and deliver technical presentations and live demos to show the benefits of our solutions.
• Sales Development activities: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and social media (LinkedIn). In addition, research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Technical documentation: You will support the creation of technical white papers, case studies and product descriptions.
• Competitive analysis: you will conduct market and competitive analysis to optimise sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Customer training: You will plan and conduct training sessions for customers to ensure optimal utilisation of our solutions.
With this you inspire us:
• Degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• A few years of professional experience in technical pre-sales, inside sales or a similar function, ideally in the IT/technology sector.
• Excellent technical knowledge in IT and system integration, coupled with a strong customer and solution-orientation.
• Experience in conducting product presentations and demos.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to different target groups in an understandable way.
• Experienced in using Digital Sales Tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoom Info
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. In addition, a strong presence on the phone and experience in handling dozens of calls per day
• Business fluent in written and spoken English.
• Able to communicate fluently in one other SEA language will be advantageous
