Requirements

• At least a Bachelor Degree in Manfactueing or a related field.

• Provide Business Advisory Services (BAS) to companies in the south-west region (priority)
• Identify company's concerns and provide relevant information on government assistance schemes
• Prepare reports following business advisories with clients by submitting it in the Enterprise SG CRM system
• Achieve monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) for Business advisory sessions and facilitated cases
• Support group-based upgrading projects (GBU)
• Maintain good customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and manage events
• Participate in the relevant activities (eg. Mayor's meeting, staff meeting, walk-about)
• Support SW Mayor's initiatives
• Support outreach/capability events as speaker/emcee/and or in booth management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business
• Experience in consulting work is preferable in the area of entrepreneurship and working with SMEs

Job Responsibilities

Strategy Management

• Support company leadership in defining strategic goals.
• Analyze organizational and operational strengths and weaknesses, as well as external market factors.

Performance Management

• Support department performance management through KPI monitoring and improvement initiatives.
• Calculate KPIs and prepare online management dashboards.
• Schedule and facilitate performance reviews with Leads, Heads of Departments and VPs.

Project Management
