What a Copywriter and Project Manager does at Visa:

• Support the Visa Design Studio team by developing and writing clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various mediums (web, print, social media, etc.).

Position Summary:

The Project Assistant is responsible for essential administrative and project support in planning, financial tracking, reporting, business development activity, project management, meeting management, and administrative processing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Requirements:

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for scaling and operationalising global and regional campaigns. You’ll oversee the team’s execution to ensure that localisation and adaptation processes are streamlined, cross-functional teams are informed of key campaign milestones, and assets are delivered on time. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, a knack for solving challenging process and prioritisation problems, experience launching full-funnel marketing campaigns, and the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with client teams and partner agencies. 

Role: 

• Scale global and regional campaigns across APAC by supporting client’s end-to-end execution. Work seamlessly with client teams across markets and functional areas to ensure consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints (paid media, social, influencer, in-product comms, etc.)

• Set up and maintain BI tools, infrastructure, and integration with company data sources.
• Manage end-to-end analyses; identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyse data, interpret patterns and trends, build models, give recommendations, and create insightful automated reports.
• Automate and validate newly created reports and develop corrective actions to improve data integrity and quality.
• Analyse existing reports and optimize them for standardization across the company.
• Creating and maintaining business requirements and other technical documentation.
• Support ad-hoc data requests, APAC monthly reporting to markets.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be supporting our business and its senior leaders by developing and operationalizing high impact strategies that drive growth and improvements in the business. You will be expected to drive analysis and work closely with cross-functional leaders throughout the company with minimal supervision. 

Strategic projects can vary from short-term market investigations to long-term analysis focused on evaluating areas such as adjacent market opportunities, formulating strategic priorities and operational plans, conducting market and customer research to drive new opportunities for growth, uncovering customer and competitive insights, and driving business initiatives (example include tuning of current businesses, go-to-market optimization, portfolio analysis, and other growth initiatives). Typical projects require the ability to work in cross-functional teams comprising of leaders from business units and functional groups. You will also partner with the leadership team to drive business cadence, measure and track critical initiatives, and assist in the preparation of content for Executive discussions. 

In this role, you will work on highly complex problems, gain insight into the strategic and operational issues which are forefront in the minds of the leadership team, have exposure to senior-level decision making, and establish relationships with people across the entire company. 

As such, we are looking for a Senior Manager who is an effective influencer, knowledgeable about the business, who can rapidly demonstrate impact and value to the organization. A candidate must excel in all areas of strategy and operations including project management, business analysis, problem-solving, cross-functional team management, executive communication, consensus building, and people development. A successful Senior Program Manager will be able to function well in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and will be comfortable with ambiguous situations. Prior experience in strategy/program/change management is a must.
