Primary Job Role and Responsibility:
- Strategic Business Development:
- Identify and cultivate business opportunities within the advanced manufacturing sector
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, skills demand and gaps in the industry
- Implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase training adoption.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturing companies, industrial associations, and training providers
- Serve as the primary contact for customers’ inquiries, offering support and addressing concerns.
- Training Programme Development
- Collaborate with Institute of Higher Learning (IHLs) and industry training providers to develop tailored training programmes to address specific client needs.
- Review training content to ensure that it is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards and emerging trends
- Monitor the performance of training programme and manage client feedback to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Min 3-4 years of relevant experience
· Skills and experience in business development, marketing and customer management relevant to advanced manufacturing and industrial training sector
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data
· Excellent communication, negotiation, teamwork skills, with effective industry engagement capabilities
· Highly motivated, results-oriented and proactive
