• Interface with Design Engineering team for the release of new products (NPI) into Manufacturing
• Involve in product development and evaluate the design for manufacturability and reliability by participating in design reviews and the assembly of the prototype units.
• Drive continuous improvement to minimize Cycle time/Quality issues.
• Perform First Article qualifications for parts and obsolescence components.
• Generate and Maintain process and equipment work instructions, drawings, and other production document to conform to specifications.
• Work with suppliers to resolve component/yield/part problems in a timely manner and assist purchasing teams in driving supplier quality improvements and cost reductions efforts.
• Provide strong technical support to production team to resolve issues and ensure on time shipment.
• Perform detailed Failure analysis on Infant Mortality parts and come up with proposal and concepts to enhance performance.
• Apply 8D troubleshooting, including driving learning and standardization to improve spare part quality.
• Create ECO (Engineering Change Orders), Structuring BOMs and creating test and assembly documentation as needed.
• Provide fly and fix support on field escalations for analysis/resolution on any issue requiring in-depth knowledge on the product.

Job Requirements

• Master’s/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/Mechatronics Engineering with 2 or more years of experience in high-mix-low-volume manufacturing
• Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, including design principles, machine elements, materials, and fabrication methods.
• Proficient with CAD, ProE/Creo/Solidworks.
• Good Understanding of the Pneumatics, Computers, controls systems and sensors involved in Electromechanical stage/Robot.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to support technical issues, set-up experiments, and perform data analysis.
• Ability to read and understand Mechanical drawings and use a variety of precision testing and measuring instruments as needed.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment industry /manufacturing is preferred.

Job Description:

• Support Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager and Operation Managers to make a project proposal to clearing offshore warehouse onboard all FPSO vessels respectively, aiming for making the physical inventory and the system’s inventory data (in AMOS) identical for better control over the offshore inventory and the consumable top-up purchase in future.
• Execute the proposed project above upon the approval of MdB President, i.e. organize the team if necessary, work out the detailed plan for each vessel with relevant project stakeholders such as Operation Managers, OIMs, Store Keepers, Maintenance Supers etc., go onboard to help offshore crews, especially OIMs and Store Keepers, to clean the physical inventory and the AMOS inventory together.
• Plan and perform random survey in the vessel’s inventory to check the data accuracy after completing the project described above.
• Plan and conduct training courses for all storekeepers.
• Identify opportunities of onshore common stock such as turbine, valves, compressors, safety gears and etc.
• Standardize AMOS material classification for all the vessels.
• Transfer any sort of expertise of material logistics to Logistics Manager and his team to strengthen the logistics organizational capability and knowledge.
• Advise Operation Management Team and Supply Chain Department of any possible efficiency improvement plans for various issues of material logistics offshore and onshore, incl. material handling procedures review, optimization of transportation, and systems and organizational reforms.

POSITION SUMMARY

You will be a key member of our Manufacturing team, responsible for manufacturing processes. Over time, this role will involve line management of a technical team. The candidate should have prior experience in manufacturing, specifically in the field of cell and gene therapy, ideally within aseptic sterile manufacturing.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. As a key member of the team you will be ensuring that biopharmaceutical products are manufactured to the highest standard of quality within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulated environment.
2. Observe strict aseptic and sterile manufacturing practices for cell culture and other cleanroom related activities to ensure compliance to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
3. You will either be responsible for the production of CAR-T and TCR-T cell products in accordance with the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
4. As technical owner, be a reviewer of manufacturing documents such as batch manufacturing records, SOPs, forms, and monitoring / log sheets whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance to cGMP and GDocP standards.
5. Responsible for overseeing closure of batch record review and deviations write ups to ensure timely batch release of the final product.
6. Utilize manufacturing process operations and commercial facility experience to participate in cross functional working groups as a user representative to drive the design and implementation of manufacturing related workflows.
7. Ensure and maintain the condition of GMP Facility, cleanroom, and associated manufacturing equipment.
8. Develop comprehensive safety risk assessments and adhere to all environment, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 1 to 3 years in a GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing related role.
• Applicant must be familiar with a GMP environment, fundamental quality systems (deviation, corrective action preventative action, change control, etc) and regulatory compliance expectations on manufacturing floor.
