What You’ll Do:
You’ll be overseeing projects in post, making hires, managing relationships with clients and driving sales growth for our services. You’ll play a key role in both creative execution and client satisfaction, ensuring every project meets the highest standards from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead post-production efforts, managing all phases from editing to final delivery.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, understanding their vision, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop sales strategies to grow post-production services, identify new business opportunities, and actively seek potential clients.
- Oversee budgets and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are on schedule and within scope.
- Foster strong communication between creative teams and clients to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
- Drive client satisfaction by delivering high-quality results and anticipating their needs.
- Troubleshoot any technical or creative challenges that arise during post-production.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, post-production tools, and new technology to keep our services cutting-edge.
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter with at least 5 years of experience in post-production management and client relations in TV/film.
- Strong sales experience—comfortable identifying opportunities, pitching services, and closing deals.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Great knowledge of post-production workflows, including editing, VFX, sound, and color grading.
- Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere, Avid, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills—you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to balance creative vision with client needs while keeping projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a talent for building collaborative, high-performing teams.
