Responsibilities:

• Understand Milestone dates and the respective runs to complete before the milestone. And prioritize all the runs accordingly.
• Planning oriented task to manage: Variables like: Wafers, tester capability (Hot,Cold)
• Match the wafers to the testers /probe cards / ovens capability and availability.
• Liaise with day shift engineers for testers stage planning
• Coordinate and assist the Shift technicians

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering
• Computer literacy, MS Excel
• Planning experience: How to forecast wafer execution

Responsibilities:

• Check MES (Manufacturing Engineering System), when the lot will hit and hold the lots at the downstream steps.
• When lot hit, Raised Share point request (Form) and trigger the Probe runner to manually place the wafer on tester, oven in sequence
• When lot hit step, follow the CQ (Clear Quest request) from Engineer:

1. On the MobaXTerm (Omelek) software,
2. Load & start wafer testing – software load
3. Unloading of wafers tester / ovens
4. Pre-heat temperature setting

• Monitor and update wafer testing progress in MS Excel.
• Close CQ
  

Requirements:

• GCE ‘A’ Level
• Computer literacy: MS Excel (Important to be fluent to use MS Excel)

*• Day A, C: 830am-9pm, Sunday – Tuesday(A), Sat-Tues: • Night B, D: 830pm-9am*

Responsibilities:

• Perform engineering testing and evaluation with respective engineering crews which contain specific requirements with automated machine And also manual processing flow.
• Utilize micron system, and perform operation on semi & automated machine software.
• Manual label sticker onto the drives specially based on reference data given on website.
• Loading panel into machine for processing and remove them once is done
• Loading drives into measurement system and enable the system run via PC systems
• Manuals assemble drives with Top & Bottom enclosure with electronics screw drives specifically based on Bill of Material.
• Work accordingly to SOP, training will be given.

Requirements:

• Perform Operator Job and work 7am-7pm
• Follow break time strictly, 15Min morning tea break, 30Min lunch tea, 15min tea break in the afternoon.
• Compliant with all the safety and ESD protocol.

• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
• Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required.
• May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers.
