1. MAINTAIN AN ORGANIZED INVENTORY OF FACILITY-RELATED SUPPLIES.
2. MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS OF MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES, REPAIRS, AND INSPECTIONS.
3. CONDUCT ROUTINE INSPECTIONS AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ON FACILITY EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING HVAC SYSTEMS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, PLUMBING, AND OTHER MECHANICAL SYSTEMS.
4. PERFORM REPAIRS OR COORDINATE WITH EXTERNAL VENDORS FOR MORE COMPLEX EQUIPMENT ISSUES.
5. MONITOR AND ADDRESS ISSUES RELATED TO THE BUILDING PHYSICAL STRUCTURE, SUCH AS ROOFING, FLOORING.
6. OVERSEE AND MAINTAIN UTILITIES SUCH AS WATER, GAS, AND ELECTRICITY TO ENSURE PROPER FUNCTIONING.
7. RESPOND TO AND ADDRESS ANY DISRUPTIONS OR FAILURES IN UTILITY SERVICES.
8. CONDUCT REGULAR SAFETY INSPECTIONS AND ADDRESS POTENTIAL HAZARDS.
9. RESPOND TO EMERGENCY SITUATIONS, SUCH AS POWER OUTAGES, EQUIPMENT FAILURES, OR OTHER CRITICAL INCIDENTS.
10. COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS OR TEAMS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR FACILITY-RELATED NEEDS.
