RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform testing and commissioning of complex servers and storage products
- Perform quality assurance and risk assessments of end products
- Handle re-configurations in accordance to customer’s specifications
- Software loadings
- Basic knowledge of server and able to handle failure analysis (FA).
- Able to identify various error codes for individual failed server given by the diagnostic program
- UNIX and hardware based troubleshoot and rework on the failed server unit.
- Assists Engineers for pilot Run orders and other product related issues
- Keeping Engineers well informed of the found discrepancies on the line.
- Daily updates of the orders on the line, generating daily, weekly and monthly reports and keeping the line well maintained and organized.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Computer Engineering
- 0 or 5 years of working experience
- Willing to learn and able to pick up skills quickly
- Familiar with MS Office and good in documentation
- Willing to commit to overtimes
